Christmas of 2021 my family and I had the opportunity to go Europe. On the trip we got to visit Norway, Finland, and Sweden.
While in Finland we got the chance to go on a snow mobile tour. Being 16 at the time I was eager to drive one however in Finland I had to be 18 :/ That meant my mom had to drive us and to be frank, calling her a bad driver is an understatement. When taking off, one by one, snow mobile after snow mobile went down hill. Coincidentally to the right of that hill was a large pond which had frozen over. My mom and I were the last mobile in line. Once everyone had successfully gone down the hill to start the trail, it was finally our turn. Preparing for the worst, as soon as I close my eyes, my mom goes HAM. Full throttle down the hill and towards the pond. The interesting thing about snow mobiles is that the right handlebar is the gas UNLIKE your typical bike. The brake is the left handle. What had happened was my mom was so scared she squeezed the brake out of panic and had to stop after several seconds of yelling. After that I was allowed to drive it and the tour was very scenic.
